Executive director, speaker, and advisor with over 15 years of leadership experience. Robinson was recognized as one of the Most Influential People of African Descent for his humanitarian work and draws key leadership distinctions in the areas of innovation, breakthrough thinking, communication, culture change, and self-expression.
Through Robinson’s leadership, Momentum Education has focused on providing millions of meals to people domestically experiencing hunger, supported in the rebuilding and reuniting of 1000s of relationships, and raised millions for social impact organizations.
He directly works with executives, entrepreneurs, and public figures to boldly lead and deepen their impact. Some of Robinson's clients have included Africa 50, National Urban League, Disney, NBA, Rockefeller Foundation and Skadden.

Author, trainer, coach and motivational speaker with nearly 30 years of training, consulting, and international business experience. She holds a degree in communications, and speaks on leadership, teamwork, effective presentation, conflict management, diversity, selling skills, effective management, effective communication and change management.Widely known as an "Impact Speaker," Sylvia has served as a panelist on Oprah’s The Life You Want Tour and at Bishop TD Jakes’ MEGAFest. She was lauded as a presenter on the main stage at BET Networks’ Leading Women Defined Conference, the Dream Project Symposium, Dr. Lucille Farrell-Scott’s POWER of NOW Conference, CISCO’s Women of Impact and Comcast Coaches Camp.Some of Syliva's clients have included Intel, Bank of America, American Heart Association, Untied Way, VISTA and AmeriCorps programs.
